1. International Shipping

Peppeal ships to over 100 countries worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Our warehouses are located in the United States, China, and other key regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

On average, orders are delivered within 5–20 business days after you receive your tracking number via email from our Support Team.

For pre-order items, products are shipped immediately after production and quality inspection.

We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible based on local customs and logistics conditions.

1.3 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

These costs are not included in your product price or shipping fee.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unexpected import fees, please note that:

• The original shipping cost,
  
• Return fees, and
  
• Any customs or handling charges
  
  will not be refunded.
  

For warranty or replacement shipments, any applicable customs duties or taxes on replacement parts and transportation may also apply.

1.4 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

In the following cases, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees if reshipment is required:

• Package refused and returned to the warehouse.
  
• Package held at customs due to no response from the customer.
  
• Package unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts.
  

Note: We cannot mark packages as “gifts” for customs purposes — doing so violates international shipping laws.

1. Returns & Refund Policy

1.1 Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items due to our error.

1.3 Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

• Downloadable software or digital products
  
• Intimate or sanitary goods
  
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

1.4 Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
   
2. Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take several business days to appear.
   
3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@peppeal.com.
   

1.5 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@peppeal.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

1.6 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and later gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

1.7 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Peppeal is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
