Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Our warehouses are located in the United States, China, and other key regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

On average, orders are delivered within 5–20 business days after you receive your tracking number via email from our Support Team.

For pre-order items, products are shipped immediately after production and quality inspection.

We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible based on local customs and logistics conditions.

1.3 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

These costs are not included in your product price or shipping fee.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unexpected import fees, please note that:

  • The original shipping cost,
  • Return fees, and
  • Any customs or handling charges

    will not be refunded.

For warranty or replacement shipments, any applicable customs duties or taxes on replacement parts and transportation may also apply.

1.4 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

In the following cases, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees if reshipment is required:

1. Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

1.5 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@peppeal.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

1.6 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and later gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

1.7 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Peppeal is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
